Advancement & College Relations
The College of Continuing Studies is fortunate to have many alumni and friends who generously donate time and financial resources toward enhancing the College’s ability to accomplish its stated mission. That generosity and support is expressed in many ways, including scholarships for students. Tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships are awarded to deserving students each year. Donors also provide financial assistance to the College through gifts to one of our support funds, through planned gifts and through annual giving.
We also concentrate our efforts toward the development of relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and professional associations that share in the College’s commitment to lifelong learning. In addition, the College seeks to foster working relationships with Alabama’s community and technical colleges to help meet the advanced educational needs of all students in our state.
