The UA Online Society creates opportunities for alumni to connect with fellow graduates, support current and future students by investing in OTIDE programs and engage with the division to promote lifelong learning initiatives.

Membership
Membership in The University of Alabama Online Society is $50 annually and includes the following benefits:
- Receive a welcome gift.
- Gain exclusive access to the associate provost at biannual virtual events.
- Attend virtual and in-person networking opportunities with fellow members.
- Be invited to the annual Homecoming Tailgate.
- Stay informed with quarterly newsletters.
- Get 10% off select online professional development, training or certification programs.
Additional Support
Should you wish to make a bigger impact, here is an example of what an extra donation to the UA Online Society can do:
- A donation of $100 lets UA Online waive the course fees for a student.
- A gift of $250 helps fund UA Online’s work to ensure accessible courses for students with disability accommodations.
- For $500, UA Online can provide a 1-credit-hour scholarship to a student.
- With a gift of $1,000, UA Online can offer a free 3-credit-hour UA Online course to a current or prospective student.
- A gift of $1,500 provides a tuition scholarship and books for one student.
For an impact that will last forever, a gift of $15,000 or more to an endowed fund provides you with the opportunity to name a space in University Hall. Or, create your own scholarship or program endowment with a gift starting at $25,000, which may be pledged over a period of time.
